12 Civil Defense Services to conduct simulation exercises in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: As part of civil defense responsibility, the national government of Telangana is committed to educating and preparing the people to defend themselves to reduce the loss of life and property in the event of hostile attacks.
In Telangana, a simulation exercise will be conducted in Hyderabad at the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Twelve civil defense services will largely conduct simulation exercises at 4 p.m.
The Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) will remind civil defense services of the impact of air strikes on four different locations in the city. Police, fire brigade, National Disaster Response Force (SDRF), medical, income and local municipalities will arrive at the relevant sites by 4.20 pm.
Police will ensure clearness in these areas, blockades, mob controls, etc., so that other civil defense services will not delay and transport of injured people and evacuate the public to safe shelters.
Civil Defense Warden and volunteers will report damages to the fire brigade and rescue departments, a list of missing persons. Fire and rescue services will immediately begin fire fighting and search and rescue operations.
The SDRF and the Disaster Response Force (DRF) will remove rubble, debris or wreckage, which hinders the movement of other civil defense services on the road to promoting rescue operations. Medical and health services will be ready for classification, first aid and relocation of injured people rescued by fire and rescue services.
Casual evacuations are carried out from damaged buildings and temporary hospital settings to treat injured people. Transportation services are ready to transfer evacuated public from endangered areas to pre-identified safe shelters, bunkers and non-military areas.
Income, civil supplies, GHMC and other local agencies will prepare to provide immediate relief to the public in the public in safe shelters. The power outage measures taken during the air strikes were designed to minimize visibility to enemy aircraft and reduce the risk of bombing.
Measures include: Turn off the lights – prevent discovery by turning off street lights, building lights and lighting advertisements.
Covered windows – Houses and businesses use opaque materials to prevent light from escaping.
Vehicle Light Limits – Car headlights are dimmed or covered to reduce air visibility.
Camouflage critical infrastructure – hide important facilities such as power stations and communication towers to avoid positioning.
The government urges citizens to work with all government agencies involved in the simulation exercise. The public is also asked not to believe any rumors or news from non-governmental sources. The simulation exercise will be closed at 4.30 pm.
