126 people arrive at Telangana Bhavan, Delhi

Hyderabad: A total of 126 people living in the border state arrived in Telangana Bhavan, Delhi, the state government said on Sunday.
On May 9, the Telangana government announced the establishment of a 24×7 control room in Telangana Bhavan to provide timely assistance, information and support to people living in border countries in the context of India-Pakistan military conflict.
The official press release said that under Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, the state government continues to provide full support to citizens returning from the border area through Telangana Bhavan, the node coordination center for all relief efforts.
To date, a total of 126 people have arrived in Telangana Bhavan, including 50 students from Nit Srinagar, students and teachers from Sher-EE-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences, staff working in Jammu and staff from Kashmir, students (LPU) (LPU), Punjab (LPU), Punjab (LPU), Punjab (LPU), Punjab (LPU), and others living or studying in affected border areas.
It said that 57 out of 126 people had set out to their hometown after receiving the necessary help, while the rest were placed in Telangana Bhavan with ongoing support.
All returnees will provide free food, accommodation, medical assistance and transportation for their progress.
The release added that coordination is being maintained with relevant regional governments and central authorities to ensure safe and stable operation for all citizens.
The release further notes that Resident Commissioner Gaurav Uppal is overseeing operations and preparations to receive more arrivals.
It said the Telangana government will continue to work until everyone stranded returns home safely.
