126 Telangana natives arrived in Delhi from affected northern states

As the government continues to provide full support to citizens returning from the border areas, as many as 126 locals in Telangana have arrived in Telangana Bhawan, New Delhi.

Telangana Bhawan, New Delhi, remains all relief work centres at the Nodal Coordination Centre, with 126 people arriving at the location where 91 people arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning.

According to a news report by Resident Commissioner Gaurav Uppal, 50 students from the National Institute of Technology, Sriranagar, Sher-EE-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences, few staff members working in Jammu & Kashmir, students from the lovely professional university (LPU) (LPU), Punjab and others live near the affected border areas.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Redy is constantly monitoring the situation, officials said 57 of the 126 people have left their hometown after receiving the necessary help, while the rest have been placed in Telangana Bhawan with ongoing support.

All returnees provide free food, accommodation, medical assistance and transportation facilities for their forward travel. Coordination is being maintained with relevant regional governments and central authorities to ensure seamless movement and safety for all citizens.

The Resident Commissioner personally oversees operations and preparations to receive more arrivals. More citizens are expected tomorrow morning, and they have arranged the necessary arrangements.

The Telangana government reiterated its strong commitment to the welfare of the people and will continue to work until everyone returns home safely.
