Delhi court was accused of 11 people charged with arson and theft in the February 2020 riot for lack of evidence.
Other meeting judge Pulastya Pramachala observed two police witnesses who identified the defendant as appearing to be a “artificial witness”.
Prosecutors accused of alleged theft, destruction and arson at certain stores on the evening of February 24-25, 2020.

The court said in its May 14 order that the central issue was the identity of the defendants composed of mobs involved in the crime.
The court noted that two police witnesses posted at the same police station and identified photos of the defendants after a 10-month gap.
“If Prosecutor Witnesses (PW) 9, Assistant Deputy Inspector (ASI) Jahangir and PW 10, ASI Vanvir, have actually seen and identified the defendants among the defendants on February 24, 2020, then there is no good reason for them to remain silent for so long,” the court said.
Investigators are said to know that two policemen were on duty on site, but he did not check them.
“When arrested in this case, the photo of the defendant was shown as PW 9, which seemed an unnatural action, giving the impression that PW 9 was artificially aroused witnesses to identify the defendant.”
As a result, the court abandoned witness testimony.
Another witness’s statement, Aslam, who first identified the defendants in court, although in fact he knew from before that they were “suspicious”.
The order ruled that the allegations against the defendant were not proved with reasonable doubt and were acquitted, shufu, pap, pap, vijay, vijay, ashish Kumar, sourabh kaushik, bhupender, shakti singh, shakti singh, sachin kumar, sachin kumar, rahul and yogesh.
