A permanent Adalat resolves public complaints about services provided by Kochi. The Minister of Law and Industry P. Rajeeve opened the scheme, which is organized by the company, Kerala Legal Services Agency (KELSA) and the Regional Legal Services Agency (DLSA).
Kerala High Court Judge A. Muhamed Mustaque delivered a keynote speech. Mr. Hari Haran Nair, former judge of the Kerala High Court and chairman of the Gandhi Social Harmony Initiative, spoke. Mayor M. Anilkumar presided over.
The public may submit complaints about the company’s functions and services in the complaint box placed in the offices of all citizen agencies. The company’s communication said the complaints will be compiled and forwarded to Kelsa and DLSA and will be conducted in Adalats.
