26 candidates from Andhra Pradesh ranked in UPSC civil examination 2024

Up to 26 candidates from Andhra Pradesh received rankings in the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) civil servant review – 2024, with the results announced on Tuesday.

Banna Venkatesh of Alladapet Village, Julumuru Mandal, Srikakulam District, has won 15Th Ranking in the UPSC exam. His proud father, Chandra Rao, said he was an agriculturalist, but he saw the spark in his two sons, Venkatesh, and encouraged him to pursue a scholar. Venkatesh worked for a while at the software company but quit his job, tried the UPSC exam, and finished 467th in his first attempt. “This is his second attempt, and he brings the laurels to his village, Mandal and the entire state,” said his elated mother Rohini.

Pavan Kumar Reddy from Kurnool received 375Th rank. His father, Krishna Reddy, was an elementary school principal, and his mother, Madhumathi, was a physics teacher at Zilla Parishad High School. He is a native of the Parla village in Kaluru Mandal, Kurnur region. He studied at different schools in Kurnur until 10Th He took the class and completed Guntur’s intermediate level. After completing his medical education at Kurnore Medical College, he joined a research institute in Delhi and was coached. In his first attempt, he managed to conduct an interview but was unable to get the ranking. On his second attempt, he earned 375Th rank.

Vizag Ias Academy director Gowtham Pothala said the candidate named Ravada Sai Mohini Manasa from Visakhapatnam won the 975th place ranking.

Another top achiever from the two Telugu countries included E. Sai Shivani from Warangal, Telangana State, who finished 11th and Abhishek Sharma, who finished 38th. Other notable rankings include Ravula Jayasimha Reddy (46), Shravan Kumar Reddy (62), Sai Chaitanya Jadhav (68), N. ChetanaReddy (110), Chennamreddy Sivaganesh Reddy (119), Challa Pawan Kalyan (146), N. Srikanth (151) (151) Kolipaka Srikrishna Sai (190).

At the national level, Shakti Dubey emerged as the topper of UPSC 2024, followed by Harshita Goyal (2), Archit Parag (3), Shah Margi Chirag (4), Akash Garg (5), Komal Punia (6), Ayushi Bansal (7), Rajkrishna Jha (8), Aditya Vikram Agarwal (9), and Mayank TRIETARI (10).

A total of 1,009 candidates were recommended to be appointed to various Group A services, while 335 candidates have been selected for Group B positions. The list includes 109 candidates from the economically weaker segment (EWS), 318 of other backward classes (OBCs), 160 candidates from the planned caste (SC), and 87 candidates (SCs) from the Program Tribe (ST). In addition, 230 candidates were placed on the backup list.

For inquiries related to results or appointments, UPSC has set up a service desk in its New Delhi office. Candidates can also lend a helping hand over the phone during working hours. Individual markers for selected candidates will be uploaded to the official UPSC website within 15 days.
