29-year-old armed kidnapper yelled “Keir Starmer” after his early release after violating permit conditions

He laughed at Labour’s early release plan, triumphal in front of a £150,000 Bentley, shouting “Big Kyle Starmer!” as he strolled on freedom.
But armed kidnapper Daniel Dowling-Brooks returned to prison after violating the conditions of the permit, which can be disclosed on Sunday.
More importantly, he now breaks the rules by recording his life on social media.
Dowling-Brooks, 29, was the first of 1,200 prisoners released in early October last year. When he left HMP Swaleside in Kent, he promised to change his way.
But it can be revealed that he was recalled for violating the conditions for release, although details are unclear.
When criminals are released from prison early, they will be subject to permit conditions for the rest of their sentences, such as visiting from supervisory officials and staying in the UK.
Dowling-Brooks has been posting strict prison rules on Instagram since his recall. He boasted about rap prison and complained about life in the cell.
The Justice Department confirmed last night that it is investigating after MOS filed a post about Dowling-Brooks to catch people’s attention.

But the 29-year-old (pictured here with his mother Sarah when she was released last year) is now behind jail after violating his licensing conditions
Now, it threatens to increase his sentence and has contacted Instagram to delete his post.
The father of two uploaded a photo from his cell showing his bed and jail.
He wrote: “All duvet/pillow suits are £60. But you can only get £19.80 per week. They want you to be hungry for three weeks just for comfort. Don’t go to jail, it’s not as good as it seems to believe me.”
This week, he posted pictures of the stereo device titled “Rappin is not dead yet!” Dowling-Brooks also used the bar and title to depict his cell windows: “It looks like this bitch’s 8th summer.”
During the original sentence, he used the same social media account to post from the prison.
“This behavior won’t go well,” one source said.
Former Metropolitan Detective Peter Bleksley said: “It totally ridiculed the early release plan. At the time, the criminal was ridiculing the authorities. Now, this guy shows how ridiculous the whole thing is.

‘There are big problems with the phone in prison. Therefore, it is time to be punished appropriately. ”
A prison service spokesperson said: “We have investigated the videos and asked them to be deleted.
“Any prisoner who commits contraband, such as cell phones or recording equipment, is violating the law and may face additional prison time.”
When Dowling-Brooks was released last October, he announced that “I love my life” because he was placed on Bentley.
He said: “I’m a dad of two, so I’m out now and I’m so happy. I’ll be fine. Speaking of his crimes, he revealed: “I kidnapped someone who owes my friends money.” I tied him up and let him use the gun. I beat him up.
His mother, Sarah, was waiting for him and he said, “How is he going to be okay now. He has been his own time. I’m glad he’s at home.
He was sentenced to seven years in prison for kidnapping and serious physical injury.
While walking out, he was one of hundreds of prisoners greeted by the family of high-end supercars.
