The National Disaster Relief Force (SDRF) and the regional government team have arrived at the crash site and are undergoing rescue operations.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed condolences to the relatives of the victim in a social media article. He wrote in his post: “May God give the soul peace to those who died in the accident and to give the family strength to bear this huge loss.”
Dami added that he had directed the government to provide all possible help to the injured and investigate the crash. “I’ve been in touch with officials in this regard and I’m monitoring every situation.
