5-year-old girl dies in Telangana’s locked car

Hyderabad: A five-year-old girl was accidentally left in a car in Kadetar on Sunday and died. The incident was revealed on Tuesday. Kadthal inspector Gangadhar Chanda, the child accompanied his parents and relatives to church on Sunday morning. After returning home, the girl stayed in the car.
It was not until evening that her mother noticed the child’s disappearance and warned her husband. As they began searching for her, a neighbor observed that the door of the car they parked was slightly open. When they checked inside, the girl was found unconscious, with rashes scattered on her body. She was dead by then.
“No one of us realizes she’s still in the car,” her father said in a speech to Deccan Chronicle.
He added that the girl probably didn’t call out because she was upset with him because she wasn’t earlier than she bought some accessories. “Usually, we parked the car under the shed. But that day, the shed was occupied, so we had to park it in the sun. Our daughter couldn’t cope with the heat and vomited from suffocation,” he said, and the heat affected her skin when they finally found her.
