57,000 government jobs in a year: Minister Sridhar Babu

Hyderabad: Industry and IT Minister D Sridhar Babu announced Wednesday that the state government led by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy successfully recruited 57,000 people into government services in one year, a notable achievement at the national level.

At a new building at Natco Zilla Parishad High School in Kothur, Shadnagar constituency, the minister emphasized the government's efforts to strengthen public education at the opening ceremony. The initiative is underway to introduce digital classrooms in all public schools and the clear goal is to raise academic standards through a structured expert-driven approach.

He highlighted the goal of preparing students in government agencies to perform with people in private schools. In addition, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence are being integrated into the course to ensure future preparation.

He said teachers played a key role in restoring public trust in public trust. Long-distance promotions have been carried out for government teachers and a dedicated “AMMA committee” has been established to oversee the operation of the school.

The minister also spoke about opposition criticism, saying it was politically motivated and unfounded, especially when the government was serious about achieving all election promises. He questioned the credibility of those who have failed to provide housing for the poor in the past decade, but is now trying to criticize the current government.

He reiterated the government's commitment to inclusive development, saying Indiramma housing will be provided to all qualified beneficiaries in a phased manner.
