Past glory is to be restored to the University of Andhra; a school team aimed at gaining status among the top 100 in the world

Vijayawada: Education Minister Nara Lokesh stressed the importance of organizing a century-old celebration with the magnificent Andhra University, given the university’s long history.

The Minister promises to provide full support and cooperation for the event. He conducted an extensive review with Vice President JP Rajasekhar on Tuesday, focusing on the preparations for the centenary celebrations and the steps required to further the university.

Venture capital announced that the centenary celebration will begin on April 26. Founded in 1926, the University will hold event celebrations throughout the year and end on April 26, 2026.

During the conference, venture capital revealed the university’s vision for the future. Lokesh recommends a prestigious celebration of the century. He sets a goal to get an AU among the top 100 universities in QS.

The minister said the university’s vacancies will be filled soon.
