60,000 applications received by the nomination post: NAIDU

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stressed the importance of field visits to MLA, ministers and members of Congress.

On Friday, during a telecommunications meeting with TD’s MLA, ministers, MPs and leaders, NAIDU announced plans to appoint chairs for 21 major temples in the state. “All 60,000 applications received for the nomination position will be carefully reviewed to ensure that the most appropriate candidates are placed in available slot machines,” he said.

Naidu stressed party discipline, warning of delays caused by some leaders relative to their proposals for names of various positions. He said that party leaders must submit details of individuals working hard for the gatherings and that this must be done as soon as possible.

He said Telugu DESAM leaders should avoid alliances at all levels with YSR Congress leaders. The responsible minister must manage responsibilities and not participate in group politics.

“After the two-year term ends, opportunities will be provided to others. The party is monitoring the capabilities of those who hold various positions,” Naidu said in the nominated position.

Naidu stressed the “fair” implementation of the welfare program, expressing frustration at the “misleading information” spread by YSRC leaders in this regard. “There is no discrimination against implementing the welfare program,” he said.

Naidu asked the branch minister to increase visits and during these visits, the district coordinator, MLA and MPs should keep it in the loop. “Party activists must interact with the people and visit the regional party offices.”

CM directs each MLA to raise its constituency issues in Parliament, and MPs should focus on parliamentary resolution. He urged leaders and activists from three coalition parties to operate collectively with the participation of public representatives.

He said that within eight months of the establishment of the coalition government, many initiatives have been launched.

Solar Energy: Naidu encourages MLA and leaders to promote the PM Surya Ghar program in every village. “The state government will provide Rs 20,000 subsidies to the backward shift (BCS) to build a 2kW roof and combine it with a central subsidy to provide a total of Rs 80,000 and provide free setups for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes. The MLA should achieve the goal of installing at least 10,000 roofs in each constituency,” he said.
