Police said the body of a 7-year-old boy, tied with legs, was found in a Xiaomi field in Hartlas, Uttar Pradesh on Saturday (May 10, 2025).
They said the boy was identified as Jeevan, alias Bhola, from Khutipuri Jatan Village, whose body has been sent to the body.
On May 8, Bhola disappeared around 3 p.m. when he went to a field to relax near his father, a police officer said.
The family initially launched a search, but after he was unable to find him, they filed a missing report at the police station. He said a kidnapping was conducted based on the report.
Murson Station Housing Officer (Sho) Mamta Singh said the boy’s body was recovered from a field in the village Saturday morning. His hands and legs were tied up with ropes.
Regarding physical damage marks, she said the body was largely decayed, so the rest of the information was only clear after the autopsy report came.
