Roshni Nadar Malhotra’s father Shiv Nadar presented his 47% stake in HCL Corporation and Vama Delhi to his daughter this month. According to regulatory filings, Roshni Nadar Malhotra currently owns 44.17% of the shares from VAMA DELHI, while 0.17% of HCL Corp, which, according to regulatory filing, has become the largest shareholder of the technology company with a net worth of Rs 840,000 crore (US$10 billion).
Who is Roshni Nadar Malhotra?
Roshni Nadar Malhotra has many praises for her name. Starting with becoming the daughter of one of India’s largest tech companies, she is the executive director and CEO of HCL Technologies. In addition to HCL, she serves as Director of the Global Board of Directors of Nature Consermacy (TNC) and serves as an independent director of the HDFC Asset Management Company.
