ED Question Robert Vadra lasted seven hours in Haryana land deal case; he called it political revenge

Vadra was called earlier by the institution on April 8, but he did not show up and then sent another call. Ed claims to have collected new information Vadra needs to face.
Vadra told media people he did not avoid doubt. “I’m here today…I’m waiting for a conclusion,” Vadra told reporters outside Ed’s office. Vadra announced the summoning of “political vendetta”, claiming to try to silence him and his brother-in-law Rahul Gandhi.
“When I said I was blocked when I was supporting the country, I was blocked; Rahul was blocked from speaking in parliament. The BJP was doing this. It was political vendetta.” He added: “People love me and want me to join politics… When I expressed my willingness to join politics, they asked old questions that disappointed me and got rid of the real problems.”
The case dates back to 2018, when Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Haryana CM, was registered between 2005 and 2014, as well as against Vadra and real estate companies DLF and Onkareshwar Properties, alleging alleged crime, cheating, fraud, fraud and forgery, under the Corruption Prevention Act.
In February 2008, Vadra allegedly purchased about 3.5 acres of land from Manesar-Shikohpur for Rs 750 crore in 2007, launching a skylight treat in 2007 with Rs 10,000 capital. The next day, the plot was mutated, supporting the skylight, and the title of the land was reportedly transferred to Vadra within 24 hours. A month later, the Haryana government, led by Hooda, allegedly allowed Skylows Hospitality to develop housing projects on most of its land. This leads to a sudden increase in land value. In June 2008, the DLF agreed to purchase the plot for Rs 5.8 crore, allegedly leading to the unexpected gains of Vadra.
