Infosys confirmed that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, April 17, 2025 to review and approve audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 and throughout the fiscal year.

Narayana Murthy’s Infosys has officially revealed the timeline for its fourth quarter financial reports. The company said the date of the board meeting, the timing of the press conference and the schedule for the consolidated financial statements for the quarterly and yearly reviewed to March 31, 2025 for March 31, 2025.

In order to review and approve audited financial results for the fourth quarter (Quarter 4) and for the entire fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, Infosys confirmed that its board of directors will be convened on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

The results for the fiscal year 24 are expected to be published on April 17 at 3:45 pm in Indian Standard Time (IST). Here are the same periods for global audiences:

11:15 am London time, 3:15 am PST, 6:15 am ET, 6:15 pm Singapore/Hong Kong time

IST at 4:15 pm, Infosys will hold a press conference after the results announcement. Infosys executives will answer media questions during this session. The press conference will be broadcast online on the Investor Relations section of the Infosys website for real-time updates.

On the same day, at 5:30 pm, Infosys will hold a revenue call to measure the company’s financial focus and performance. Senior management will respond to inquiries from analysts and investors around the world. The phone is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. ET, 5:00 a.m. PST and 1:00 p.m. globally. 8:00 pm, London time, 8:00 pm Singapore/Hong Kong time
Participants from all locations are welcome to the conference call, which takes about 60 minutes.

Infosys shares closed at Rs 1,404.20 on the Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 9, down 1.76%. The stock has a 52-week range of Rs 2,006.80 to Rs 1,307.10.
