Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the youngest IPL first in the IPL at the age of 14. This is the youngest player ever

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, 14 years and 23 days, has become the youngest player in Rajasthan Royals (RR) as Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) won the match and was elected to be a hit in the 2025 match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and defeated for the first time in the Sawiai Mansingh pernium of Sawiai Mansingh Stadium.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, 14, replaced injured captain Sanju Samson in the Rajasthan Royals’ Super Giants on Saturday night as the youngest player to make his debut in the Indian Premier League.

Born in 2011, Suryavanshi achieved a unique milestone by becoming the first IPL player born after the 2008 Championship.

The left-handed opener made headlines during the 2024 U-19 Asian Cup, with his name only 1 T20 appearing, where he scored 13 runs with a strike rate of over 200.
