Houthi rebels said the U.S. air strike killed 12 people in Yemen.

Earlier Monday, U.S. air strikes targeting the Yemeni capital killed 12 people and injured 30 people.
Death marks the latest in the U.S. strike-strengthening campaign against rebels. The U.S. Central Command did not immediately admit the strike.
Houthis described the strike as an attack on the Farwa neighborhood market in the Sanaa Shub region. The region was previously an American target.
An overnight strike also hit other parts of the country.
Last week, U.S. air strikes attacked Yemen’s Ras Isa fuel port, killing at least 74 people and injuring 171 people.
