BJP accuses Rahul Gandhi of being a ‘traitor’

The BJP accused Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi of opposition leader as a “traitor” on Monday (April 21, 2025) of his comments on the U.S. and the Enforcement Bureau’s allegations in the Enforcement Bureau’s complaints National pioneer case.

Jharkhand poll
BJP leaders accused Congress leaders of trying to defame the Election Commission, and when raising questions about the Maharashtra poll, Mr Gandhi should clarify whether Congress and its ally Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) had reached any agreement with the commission because they won the Congress poll last year. He also asked Mr Gandhi if the constitutional body was compromised when his sister, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, was elected as Lok Sabha from the Wayanad constituency in Kerala.
“In the 2024 Lok Sabha election, the BJP won 240 seats and the Congress won 99 seats. The Congress then called the result its victory and the BJP’s defeat. The EC was compromised at the time?” he asked.
