It was in 1991, when a friend of his asked him to bake cakes for him, because Jugal was an expert at Jugal. Shortly thereafter, he consulted with his family and opened a bakery with him and invested in Rs 50,000. Kishore offers bakery products in two other states outside Delhi NCR. But his success story is long and not easy, from a teacher to a baker.

How Jugal Kishore starts his bakery

Jugal Kishore is a teacher at Guru Govind Singh School, Baikunth Nagar Gurudwara, and is also the residence of Anand Vihar Colony, bypassed by Aligarh Quarsi. His son Raghavendra Singh was born in 1991, and Kishore opened his bakery “Krishna Biscuit Bakery” one year later in 1992. His family supported him to start his own bakery at home. However, Jugal Kishore did not leave work to start a new job, but it was difficult to balance work and start his own, but he was still hopeful and maintained two jobs, one to support his family and the other to promote his passion for the bakery.

After a lot of effort, as the bakery grew, he began selling his bakery items to neighboring areas such as Hathras, Bulandshahr, Mainpuri, Firozabad and Bareilly. The current turnover is Rs 5 crore. His bakery has been working well over the years and in 2013, he also started working in the bakery to expand his father’s business after his son Ragvendra received his BCom degree from DS Academy. But when the family opened the “Riddhima Foods” factory in Talanagri, Aligarh, the bakery business grew more. This new adventure further expands Jugal Kishore’s passion for bakery. Riddhima Foods sells bakery products such as Rusk, cookies, bread, cakes, and more.

Ragvendra, managing director of Riddhima Foods, said his motivation is now to expand in neighboring countries such as Rajasthan, Himaal Pradesh and Punjab.
