Don’t take forced action against Anuradha Muthappa Rai: Karnataka High Court

The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday directed police not to take forced action against former late-gangster Muthappa Rai’s second wife, Anuradha, but the son of her second wife, Rikki Rai, is an investigation into the recent shooting in Rikki Rai and has been under her cooperative investigation.
Furthermore, the court directed the police to investigate under the law, but they should not call her if proper legal proceedings were not followed.
Justice Hemant Chandangoudar passed a petition filed by Ms. Anuradha, passing a complaint filed by Rikki Rai driver Basavaraju G., and was charged as second place.
In the petition, Ms. Anuradha claimed that there was no element in the complaints related to the shooting to attract any crime against her, nor did she be regarded as one of the defendants.
In the petition, she also claimed that she had disputes with Rikki Rai and his brother, all of which were civil in nature. More importantly, all disputes settled the civil court from October to December 2024 through a mutually agreed compromise decree last year.
She claimed her name was only included in the complaints in the intention to harass her, and she said she had been on vacation with her daughter in her first marriage since April 14.
