The deadly remains of young people who arrived in Odisha today

The deadly remains of Prashant Satpathy, the Odia youth who died in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam on Tuesday, will be brought to Odisha later today. Local authorities are coordinating the repatriation with the assistance of the Odisha government and New Delhi officials.
According to official sources, the body will arrive in Delhi from Srinagar this afternoon and will fly to Bhubaneswar by evening flight, which is expected to land around 9:45 pm. The Office of the Odisha Resident Commissioner of New Delhi is monitoring the entire process.
Prashant was killed in a sudden terrorist attack while traveling with his wife Priyadarshini Satpathy and their nine-year-old son. The attacker opened fire during the day and killed him in front of his family. His wife and children escaped physical damage but were deeply traumatized.
Prashant, a resident of the village of Ishani under the Remuna Block in Balasore district, went to Pahalgam on April 20. During the final ceremony, state representatives are expected to appear.
“We are here to stand with the family of the deceased during this hour’s grief,” said a relative. Prashet’s brothers condemned the attack, “The Indian government must give a strong and appropriate response to the terrorists.” A family elder added: “Our nephew is coordinating the transfer of mortal relics to Delhi on the spot. With the backbone of the family, his wife was destroyed.”
Prashant’s brother spoke on behalf of the family and said: “This is an unimaginable loss for us. We plan to hold his last ceremony tomorrow.”
