Telangana Grameena Bank was told that temporary employees were formal
Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has directed the Telangana Grameena Bank to consider regularizing its work at its headquarters, regional offices, regional offices and 400 banks, with daily wages of more than 20 years.
Justice Pulla Karthik instructed the bank to complete the entire exercise as quickly as possible within six months. However, the court also imposes the conditions for regularization, that is, regularization requires assessment of its applicability.
The court also said the office waiter’s selection process (multifunctional) must not include its name sponsored by the Employment Exchange or any other agency.
The judge is handling petitions filed by the temporary employee union and responding to 456 employees’ complaints against the bank’s rejection of its regularized claims.
