Pahalgam terrorist attack: Swiss visa refuses to lead newlywed naval officer to Pahalgam’s nightmare honeymoon

Jamu and Kashmir are not on the list of honeymoon spots for the original Lieutenant Vinay Narwal and his wife Himanshi. The duo planned to go to Switzerland, but when their visa was denied, they ended up at Pahalgam. Six days after knotting, they ended in a tragic tragedy on the ‘Swiss Mini’ when Wiener was killed by terrorists in Tuesday’s attack.

“The approval of Swiss travel was approved for Swiss travel. However, due to the refusal of visa, they had to change their plans.”

Shot in “Mini Switzerland”

The couple left Karnal Sector 7 Home on April 21, two days after the wedding reception party, and flew from Delhi to Jamu and Kashmir. On the way to the airport, the two visited Himanshi’s parents at their 47 homes in Gurugram district and stayed with them for several hours.

The couple was having snacks and shot Vinay to death when the terrorists landed on the picturesque Baisaran valley (also known as the “Swiss Mini”.

In the video spread after the attack, Himanshi can be heard telling locals that a man shot and opened her husband. “I’m eating bhelpuri and my husband is standing beside me. A man comes to shoot. The man says he [Vinay] Himanshi said in the video, telling the story of a horror movie.

“Pakistan should be ruined”

Vinay attended school in Karnal and then transferred to Delhi for higher education. According to his relatives, he was always fascinated by the armed forces and wanted to serve his country. The 26-year-old officer joined the Navy three years ago and was promoted a year ago.

A relative of Vinay, Raghubir Singh, said in a speech at a reporter at the home of Karnal that he could not speak out his sorrow. The older man said: “I hope to teach Pakistan such a lesson, not even considering sending terrorists to India. It should be ruined.” Shortly after the news of the attack came out, Vinay’s father, sister and in-laws arrived in Pahargam.

Navy’s condolences

An Indian Navy spokesman posted a message on X and on behalf of Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi and all naval personnel, “a heartfelt condolence to his family at the unimaginable moment of sadness”. ” #indiannavy is also solemnly united with all other people who have died in this heinous act of violence. Our minds and prayers are with the families of the victims and we pray for the rapid recovery of the injured,” the post read.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also spoke to the families of the late officials during the day and expressed his deepest condolences.

Vinay’s final ceremony is scheduled to perform Wednesday night in his hometown of Karnal.
