On Monday, designer Manish Malhotra shared a series of Nysa images on Instagram titled “Nysa Cinema is charming with Indian artisans’ exquisite embroidery in our #Evara Collection Collection Collection Handwoven Brocade Lehenga”. The exterior was curated by celebrity stylist Radhika Mehra and features a coordinated three-piece ensemble: a gold top, a silk Lehenga and a matching embroidered Dupatta.
Although the post sparked speculation about the star’s Bollywood debut, her mother Kajol clarified that NYSA has no plans to join the film industry. Kajol made this revelation at the 2025 Bharat summit, dismissing rumors about his daughter’s acting career. “bilkul nahi..no, I think.. 22 saal ki ho ho gayi hai..hone wali hai abhi ..I think she has made up ki nahi aane wali hai abhi,” Kayol said.
Even Ajay talked to Karan about Nysa’s potential acting career on Karan Johar’s Kafee, saying: “Now, she doesn’t want to get into the movie world. But tomorrow, if something changes, they will come up with this interview and play.” This coincides with Kajol’s early statement that NYSA has no plans to join Bollywood.
