Narayana Murthy’s company terminates 195 trainees on Mysuru campus

Infosys insists that it has followed existing policies and that if the incoming students fail to pass the assessment, the incoming students will not be able to continue to connect with the organization.

According to the MoneyControl report, Infosys is one of India’s leading IT companies and has terminated 195 trainees from 680 batches after failed internal assessments. This is the fourth round of exports from the Bangalore-based software giant. According to reports, India’s second largest IT service company terminated about 240 trainees on April 18. Now, since February this year, the total number of affected trainees has reached about 800. Infosys offers affected free high-skill programs through NIIT and UPGRAD. About 250 affected trainees participated in high-skill programs through UPGrad and Niit, while about 150 have registered to exit the service.

IT companies relaxed more than 300 trainees in February under similar circumstances, followed by March 30-35. When Infosys navigation requires an environment, layoffs occur. The company predicts revenue growth for the fiscal year is only 0% to 3%. The company currently has a market capitalization of Rs 6.2 crore.
