The court is not satisfied with IAS

Hyderabad: A court in the Telangana High Court on Wednesday refused to provide any relief to IAS and IPS officials, allegedly they purchased Gairan or Bhoodan Lands in Nagaram Village, Maheshwaram Mandal.
Officials approached the bench, pointing out that the land they purchased was private Pata land, not so-called bhoodan land. They also argued that the single judge gave petitioners the relief to pray.
However, the bench consisting of Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul and Judge Renuka Yara did not tend to interfere with the interim orders of single judges, directing the departments concerned to include the relevant departments on the 22A’s banned list.
The bench told the appellant: “If you are dissatisfied with the interim order and instead file an evacuation petition to a single judge, you can file an evacuation petition to a single judge.” The court also said that if the appellant believes that the single judge passed the former order without hearing their voice, then this practice is to file an evacuation boarding petition to the same single judge.
In addition, the Acting CJ reminds the appellant that the interim order of the single judge has not finally identified the issue or issue in the dispute in the main case and that the order has not yet identified any issues that have a substantial or direct impact on the final decision in the petition. Therefore, this is not a case to file an appeal, he said.
Senior Attorney Desai Prakash Reddy, S. Niranjan Reddy and MV Suresh Kumar appeared for the appellant, believing that the single judge passed the interim order rather than what the petitioner asked for. Advisors say there are serious consequences after unintentional observation of a single judge, such as ED searches and alert departments will take action on the issue.
The court notified one of the lawyers that the observation of single judges could have far-reaching consequences and that the media is damaging and undermining the image of long-time senior officials and land buyers of Nagaram Village.
Attorneys debate and seek orders from a single judge and seek some modifications. ”
L. Ravichander, a senior attorney representing the written petitioner Birla Mallesh, dismissed the dispute over the appellant’s consultation, who believed the single judge had issued an interim order because there was no further damage to land such as alienation or transfer.
He believes that the lands may not be Bhoodan’s land, but now they are owned by the government and labeled Gairan Lands, which are forbidden to be transferred or alienated.
Ravichander, speaking about the various officials’ challenges to their reputation, noting that it is their appeal that is published in various sections of the media on the front pages of the newspaper. He further stated that once the court tends to dismiss an appeal regarding maintainability appeal, some observations of a single judge cannot be deleted. He also noted that Ed’s raid in the core also revealed surprising facts.
