Tensions with India have intensified following the Pahalgam terrorist attacks, Pakistan has appointed Lieutenant General Mohammed Asim Malik as Director General (ISI) of the country’s new National Security Adviser (NSA).
The appointment appears to follow General Asim Malik’s recent engagement with the newly appointed CIA director and reports from the monastery masterminds a few months ago (Oversell). It may elevate generality to equal agreements with his Americans and others. pic.twitter.com/7dsf6hf9fo
