Delhi-based entrepreneur Aryan Kochhar sparked debate on social media after sharing his views on work-life balance. According to Kochhar, prioritizing work-life balance in the initial stages of a career can undermine ambitions and future success.

In a LinkedIn post, the entrepreneur shared: “If someone pursues work-life balance at 25, they will chase correlation at 40. However, he pointed out that he is not completely against balance. He added: “Yes, balance is important – but timing is everything.” ”

Kochhar further argues that there are certain stages in life that mean imbalance. He further elaborated on his point of view, saying, “Late nights are not the stage of the problem – they are a privilege. Losing sleep on your craft is the way you build something that lasts”.

“Ironically, people are obsessed with early balance, often without – neither great nor peaceful.” Although several people agree with Kohar, many others believe this lacks nuance.

This is how users respond

One user commented: “I disagree that if he or she can balance their daily tasks, then a person can definitely achieve anything… The real hardship is how you manage your daily tasks in a balanced way that doesn’t affect your health and most people can’t do it.”

Another user wrote: “I guess it’s about finding a flow that works for you…it takes a thin line between work that works hard enough, but can’t come at the expense of some major factors (such as health).

One third joins, “Balance is something that makes everyone coexist even in the most chaotic and uncertain times,”
