Sonu Nigam school fans “rude threat” him sings in Kannada at a concert in Bangalore

Video of the concert shows Sonu Nigam stopping the concert halfway and talking about his love for Karnataka and its language. He also talked about how he felt after singing the Kannada repertoire.

In the clip, Sonu Nigam can be heard saying, “Mujhe accha nahi laga ki waha ek ladka jiski umar, jitni uske umar nahi hogi use pehle toh main Kannada gaane gaa raha hoon (I didn’t like the boy whose age is less than the years I have been singing Kannada songs). He was so rudely threatening me, ‘Kannada,'”
He also affirmed his love for Karnataka and the local languages. Sonu Nigam claims that his skilled “best song” of all time is the Kannada language. “I have a lot of love whenever I come to your city. We do a lot of shows in a lot of places, but whenever we have a show in Karnataka, we have a lot of respect for you.”
Sonu Nigam in Pahalgam attack
The singer also linked his fans’ “threatening” approach to the recent Pahalgam attack. Speaking of the intention of fans’ demand, Sonu Nigam said that such a reason is why the Pahargam attack occurred. He added: “This is the reason behind the Pahalgam incident. Please see who is standing in front of you. I love you.”
The Pahalgam terrorist attacks in Jamu and Kashmir on April 22 killed 26 people. The tragic events have led to sadness and anger in the country.
