Make room for Poilievre! Alberta MPs fight Conservative leaders against Canadian by-election – Economic Times Video
Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre will compete for the federal by-election to ride in Alberta after a newly elected member resigns. Poilievre lost his seat on the Ottawa ride in Carlton, which he has retained since 2005 until the federal election on April 28. Fighting River Crow Foot MP election Damien Kurek has been in the seat since 2019 and he decided to resign and help Poilievre compete from seats in the future.
