The company said the acquisition strengthens Infosys' cybersecurity capabilities while strengthening its operations in the rapidly growing Australian market.

Infosys said on Friday it had completed its acquisition of Australian Cybersecurity Services, which lost AUD 98 million (about Rs 53.2 billion) of all-cash transactions. Infosys acquired the company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Infosys Singapore PTE Ltd, according to regulatory filings filed last month.

The company said the acquisition strengthens Infosys' cybersecurity capabilities while strengthening its operations in the rapidly growing Australian market.

“This strategic investment further strengthens Infosys’ cybersecurity capabilities while strengthening its operations in the rapidly growing Australian market and reaffirms its ongoing commitment to its global customers to browse its digital transformation journey.

“With the missing links and Infosys Cobalt, Infosys aims to attract new waves of differentiated value with dedicated end-to-end cybersecurity products and solutions,” a company statement said.

Founded in 1997, Lost Link is an expert in cybersecurity and cloud services, serving across the entire range of IT strategy, technology roadmap, project management, cybersecurity, risk assessment, and mitigation and automation services.
