Telangana High Court fines HMDA Rs 5 lag

Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court has imposed a fee of Rs 5 lakh on the Metropolitan Development Authority of Hyderabad in connection with the agreement with Cyberabad Expressway Ltd.
HMDA has signed with the franchise agreement of January 17, 2007 with Cyberabad Expressway a design, construction and maintenance of an eight-lane access control highway under Phase II-A program as an extension of the outer ring road from Kollur to Kollur to Patancheru from Kollur to Patancheru, from Kollur to Patancheru, from 12.7 km 12 to 23.7, from KM 12 to 23.7, from km 12 to 23.7, from km 12 to 23.7, from km 12 to 23.7, from km 12 to 23.7, in construction and transfer (build and transfer) (Ann Plastate and Transel and Transel (Ann)).
Due to the dispute, the case was arbitrated and the ruling was passed on February 27, 2019. Cyber​​abadExpressway grants a claim of Rs 140,89,01,800 and receives a bonus annuity of Rs 39,50,000,000, while 12% interest per year.
The HMDA objected to the ruling and filed several cases with the Commercial Court and the High Court. The High Court objected to the HMDA's attitude, believing that the awardee had been denied the results of the award since 2019, but was due to misunderstandings in court for more than six years.
