Congress highlights Rahul's role in the caste census at the Forced Center

New Delhi: Congress has directed leaders of its national sector to highlight the party’s demand for quotas for OBC, Dalits and Adivasis in the “Samvidhan Bachao” campaign, while Rahul Gandhi is in the role of forcing the Modi administration to force Caste Census.

The party hopes its leaders and workers “expose the BJP’s anti-Bahun ideology, its resistance to caste enumeration and its efforts to suppress social justice”, which also includes the House movement between May 20 and 30 and 30.

Congress Secretary General (Organization) KC Venugopal sent a circular to its state units asking them to raise the issues highlighted in the May 2 resolution of the Congress Working Committee for the caste census and particularly emphasized the “immediate implementation” of Article 15(5).

The campaign’s action plan includes organizing public meetings for activists, teachers, lawyers, shop owners, and the Bahuyang community, and mobilizing a broad public support for the caste census and the full implementation of Article 15, 5.

All PCCs must work closely with the AICC Social Media Department to ensure that party workers, young leaders and elected representatives are actively published on all social platforms to expand Congress’ demand for early caste census, Gandhi’s leadership role, CWC solutions.

Venugopal urged Congress leaders to highlight the BJP's record in caste denial and anti-Bahun operations.

The Circular Date on May 3 said: “These efforts must reflect a unified communication strategy that brings clarity, belief and high visibility to our social justice movement. The PCC is required to take this movement with a priority focus and submit weekly reports on the progress of each action point.”

Venugopal said in the loop: “It is well known that after Congress was under constant and principled pressure, the Modi government has long laughed at, delayed and dismissed demand, and has now been forced to accept a genuine call for a caste census.
