As part of the Lease Agreement, the State Bank of India (SBI) paid a deposit of Rs 226 crore, equivalent to a 12-month rent, for the first floor of Bachchan's Juhu Bungalow. According to the broker, it is interesting that the homes were previously rented to Citibank.
