MBA graduate arrested in Marathahalli sexual assault case

Malatahari police have arrested a 32-year-old private company employee who was linked to the sexual assault of a female technician who returned home late at night on April 30.
The defendant was identified as Srikanth, a resident of Devarabeesanahalli, an MBA graduate working in a private company.
According to police, the defendant sexually harassed the victim when he was off work. Initially, the victim thought it might have been accidental, but the defendant turned around, returned and repeated the bill.
The victim issued an alarm and the defendant escaped. Later, she filed a complaint with the Malatahari police officer, which was registered under several sections, including stalking.
Police formed a special team to track the defendant, and the only available clue was that the defendant was wearing a purple T-shirt. Police experienced videos of nearly 100 CCTV cameras from which they collected the defendant's vehicle registration numbers.
Police are further investigating to determine whether he had been involved in similar behavior earlier.
In an earlier similar incident, a wrongdoing attacked a woman walking on a narrow banner with a BTM layout on the evening of April 3, and the CCTV camera footage of the incident had spread and caused anger. Suddaguntepalya police analyzed videos of more than 300 CCTV cameras and wrote technical evidence, arresting a taxi driver named Santosh Daniel, who fled him after the case after 10 days of arrest from Kerala.
