“What happened in Bal Luchistan, what they did in Pakistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – it was atrocities. When the people were ready, the state bombed its own citizens.”
He also mentioned the mandatory disappearance in Bal Luzhi Province, a question that human rights organizations often raise.

Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif warned that India could strike within control.
