Moved from Dharamsala to Ahmedabad on May 11

The Indian Premier League match between the Mumbai Indians and the Punjab King was scheduled to be held in Dharamsala on May 11 and has been moved to Ahmedabad.Anil Patel, secretary of Gujarat Cricket Association, confirmed the change, saying: “Because the game must be played at the last minute, BCCI asked if we could host it and formally informed them that we were ready.”
Airports in locations such as Dharamsala, Chamu and Chandigarh were closed due to Sindor’s actions, preventing Mumbai Indians from flying to Dharamsala on Wednesday. This led to an attempt to relocate the game from Himaal Pradesh.
The convoy is scheduled to leave Wednesday night, but the airport closure forces them to stay in Mumbai.

With the PBKS-MI match now rescheduled, the Delhi capital and the Punjab kings face logistical challenges to leave Dharam Sara.
Although Mumbai was initially considered an alternative venue, it was eventually chosen to choose Ahmedabad to ensure both teams will have a home advantage. The PunjabKings have chosen Dharamsala as their home game this season, against Lucknow Super Giants (May 3), Delhi Copitals, Delhi Copitals (May 8), Indians (May 8), and May 11 (May 11). They won their first game against LSG with 37 runs.
