Montessori Nursery’s fear parents worry about workers’ “abuse-treated children” giving young people injured while taking a shower, court heard

The court heard today that a suspicious parent at a monthly nursery in Montessori Nursery, a worker who allegedly abused children was bathing for the injured youngsters before the alarm increased.
Roksana, 22, was hired at Twickenham Green’s Riverside Nursery, where she was accused of repeatedly pinching, punching and catching young people.
She pleaded not guilty to 22 counts of cruel crimes in Thames Crown Court, but pleaded guilty to two identical charges, related to a boy and a girl.
Hounslow’s Lecka was eventually sent home on June 28, as colleagues were shocked by her behavior, police accused her after analyzing the internal CCTV for several months.
But, Attorney General Tracy Ayling KC told the jury that the worried parents had collected evidence of her abuse.
“Parents have their worries and take pictures on other occasions, consultant pediatrician Dr. Stephen Rose has seen these photos and all CCTV.”
A little girl’s parents took photos of her injuries on March 13 and April 22 (last year).
Roksana Lecka, 22, was charged with “serious injuries” in a baby between 18 months and two years old, while she worked at Month Montessori Kindergarten in western London between January 31 and June 28 last year.

Dr. Ross said the photo on her left, three pink markers were stress marks, while accidental bruises on the side of the torso were unusual. ”
The parents also photographed the red image behind the daughter’s right ear. Dr. Ross said discoloration is consistent with bruising, and ears are rarely injured by chance and may be injured by non-accidents.
The royal family said that all these injuries were non-accident. We recommend what you see on CCTV, plus the photos, which means she was abused earlier, not just what you see on CCTV.
Prosecutors said a young boy’s mother took a photo of the right ear on May 18. Dr. Ross said this is consistent with the pinching.
“The reason he said was non-accident, the royal family said, further proof that the defendant abused him for longer than we saw on CCTV.
“There are also these earlier photos of the damage.”
The parents of the girl Lecka admitted to committing cruel acts from March 6 to May 14 after her daughter returned from the nursery.
“When giving her a bath in March, the parents noticed the mark on their hips and left their forearms, the nursery told no questions and there was no reported waterfall.
“The parents took pictures again after seeing the traces on the left side of the girl’s body and right hip.
Dr. Ross said these are non-accident injuries, consistent with thumb or nail injuries. These bruises are the result of what the consultant believes is injured.
“The markings provide further support that the defendant abused the girl for more time on CCTV than he saw on CCTV,” Ms Erin told the jury.
“It shows you the defendant’s ability, she accepts her ability.”

Jurors first obtained details about one charge of Lecka’s former Montessori in Montessori, Little Munchkins.
There, on October 19, 2023, a colleague, Chamilla Seneviratne, changed the child’s diapers in the side room when she heard Lecka yelling at a little girl: “You’re so annoying.”
“She heard the girl screaming and crying.” “She saw the red bumps on the girl’s thighs as if she was pinched and took pictures of the picture she saw. ”
Ms. Chamilla Seneviratne said in her statement: “She ran towards me and cried so badly. I saw this big, bumpy red patch on her skin.
Lecka eavesdrops on staff and discusses CCTV checking the room.
“She started to panic, saying she was hot, and when she heard about the camera, she was panic.”
Unfortunately, the blind spot means the camera didn’t capture the incident, but Ms. Senevilat stepped up after hearing publicity about the case.
Little Munchkins management was not satisfied with witnesses’ assessment of the incident.
Ms Erin explained: “She was sent to retrain because management thought she was inappropriate for the word “pinch”.”
“The defendants here behave very similarly to what happened in Riverside.”
