Montessori Nursery “has got the boy kicked the face four times and stepped on his shoulder”

A court heard today that a £1,900 per month worker “kicked him in the face four times” and stepped on his shoulder, causing a boy to cry.

Roksana Lecka, 22, was hired at Riverside Nursey, Twickenham Green between January 31 and June 28 last year, where she was accused of repeatedly pinching, punching and grabbing the care of young people.

She was finally sent home on June 28, 2024 after her colleagues were shocked by her behavior, and police accused her of her after analyzing several months of internal CCTV.

But prosecutor Tracy Ayling KC told the jury that before the alarm was raised, there was concern that parents had collected evidence of her abuse through photos of the shower time.

Lecka of Hounslow pleaded not guilty to 22 counts of cruel crimes at Kingston-Up-up-Thames Crount Court, but has pleaded guilty to two identical charges, related to a boy and a girl.

Now, the court has been beaten with shocking CCTV footage, Lecka puts her foot on the boy’s face, and she pleads guilty to the crime of fighting cruelty.

Lecka stood on him while lying on the mattress in the sleeping room, wearing a pair of sneakers that were later caught by the police.

Ms. Erin explained: “She kicked him four times and then stepped on his shoulder to make him cry and then kicked him in the face again.”

The breathing sound can be heard from the crowded public gallery as the shocking footage is played.

When the prosecutor outlined the situation, CCTV footage of another incident with the same boy was played with the same boy: “She approached him, he took a step back and he fell to the floor when the defendant grabbed his hand.

“She pinched him to her mouth, nose and right arm and stroked him to her face, causing him to cry. She pinched the right side of his torso, right arm, nose and stomach, and got up and left.

The jury also played the footage of Lecka taking a girl and then a boy entering and leaving the sleeping room.

Then, from colleagues’ perspective, the video showed the little girl’s head rocking because the defendant apparently attacked her.

This was then similar to that of a boy and a child when the LCKA removed him from the crib and left the sleeping room.

The jury spent a lot of time watching CCTV footage, which captured another incident in the Lycra sleeping room, interacting with a little boy.

Ms. Erin explained, “She kicked the mattress at him and he fell.” She then pulled him to the mattress’s face first.

“The defendant pinched him on his arm and he started crying, she pinched him on her chest and then fell into her chest again.”

CCTV shows Lycra then exhale in the direction of the boy.

Lecka, who sat next to a little boy at the table with the other kids, played extensive footage, and prosecutors said she kept pinching him onto his body, making him cry.

“She pinched his right arm and then went down his elbow to his left. She pinched his stomach, started crying, then looked around and pinched it twice in the back.

“She seemed to kiss him and pinch his cheek, causing him to flinch and pinch his left leg twice.”

Ms Erin also told the jury that her parents had begun collecting evidence of Leka’s abuse before her dismissal.

“Parents have their concerns and take pictures on other occasions, and pediatrician Dr. Stephen Rose has seen these photos and all CCTV,” she said.

A little girl’s parents took photos of her injuries on March 13 and April 22 (last year).

Dr. Ross said the photo on her left, three pink markers were stress marks, while accidental bruises on the side of the torso were unusual. ”

The parents also photographed the red image behind the daughter’s right ear. Dr. Ross said discoloration is consistent with bruising, and ears are rarely injured by chance and may be injured by non-accidents.

The royal family said that all these injuries were non-accident. We recommend what you see on CCTV, plus the photos, which means she was abused earlier, not just what you see on CCTV.

The court heard that the mother of a young boy took a photo of the right ear on May 18.

The prosecutor added: ‘Dr. Ross said this is consistent with the pinching.

“The reason he said was non-accident, the royal family said, further proof that the defendant abused him for longer than we saw on CCTV.

“There are also these earlier photos of the damage.”

The parents of the girl Lecka admitted to committing cruel acts from March 6 to May 14 after her daughter returned from the nursery.

Ms Erin told the jury: “When she was bathing in March, the parents noticed traces on her hips and left their forearms, the nursery told no questions and no waterfalls were reported.

“The parents took pictures again after seeing the traces on the left side of the girl’s body and right hip.

Dr. Ross said these are non-accident injuries, consistent with thumb or nail injuries. These bruises are the result of what the consultant believes is injured.

“These marks provide further support that the defendant abused the girl in a time frame on CCTV.

“It shows you the defendant’s ability, she accepts her ability.”

The jurors first obtained detailed information about the location of Montessori in nearby Honslow, Montessori.

There, on October 19, 2023, a colleague, Chamilla Seneviratne, changed the child’s diapers in the side room when she heard Lecka yelling at a little girl: “You’re so annoying.”

“She heard the girl screaming and crying.” “She saw the red bumps on the girl’s thighs as if she was pinched and took pictures of the picture she saw. ”

Ms. Chamilla Seneviratne said in her statement: “She ran towards me and cried so badly. I saw this big, bumpy red patch on her skin.

Lecka then heard staff discuss CCTV checking the room.

“She started to panic, saying she was hot, and when she heard about the camera, she was panic.”

Unfortunately, the blind spot means the camera didn’t capture the incident, but Ms. Senevilat stepped up after hearing publicity about the case.

Little Munchkins management was not satisfied with witnesses’ assessment of the incident.

Ms Erin explained: “She was sent to retrain because management thought she was inappropriate for the word “pinch”.”

“Here, the defendant’s behavior is very similar to what happened in Riverside.”

When wearing a smart black jacket, black shirt and black turban, Lecka, wears evidence, focus on CCTV footage without showing any emotion.

The trial will continue on Monday.
