Has anyone been walking along Bank Street from Wellington recently along Somerset? Once a vibrant and economically prosperous area, mainly due to government employees, has passed. However, you’ll likely see some hardcore medication use in many other ugly things.

When people aren’t afraid to take risks in the downtown area, let’s worry about the downtown bike path.
