Raja Singh urges Revanth Reddy to take proactive steps to deport illegal immigrants

Hyderabad: Goshamahal BJP Mla T Raja Singh here on Saturday urged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to take positive measures by identifying, verifying and launching deportation procedures for all illegal immigrants living in the state.
In a letter to the Chief Minister, he requested that a task force be formed, immediately effective, in order to coordinate with central agencies for diligent exercises. On April 22, the Pakistan-sponsored terrorist attacks faced another serious threat to its internal security against innocent tourists in Pahargam.
In response, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the central government launched a powerful retaliatory action against terrorist camps across borders.
“While our brave armed forces are dealing with external threats and protecting the borders, the state government must ensure internal security is not compromised.” The existence of illegal immigrants from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Rohingya communities presents serious risks to our country’s integrity, law and order and population stability.
Raja Singh explained that those who remained illegally across countries, including Telangana, could be exploited by anti-national factors, thus becoming a security responsibility. “In this case, I seriously urge the Telangana government to take positive measures by identifying, verifying and launching the deportation process for all illegal immigrants living in the state,” he said.
A special task force should be formed immediately to carry out this exercise diligently in coordination with the central body. He added: “The security of our citizens and the sovereignty of our nation must remain our top priority. The rapid and decisive action at the state level will complement the efforts of our national security forces and help maintain peace and stability within the country.”
