Hyderabad: Real estate company Casagrand said it has launched a luxury housing project, Casagrand Belair, in Gowdavelli, five minutes from the Outer Ring Road (ORR). This is the company’s fifth project in the city.
The project covers 9.35 acres and includes 79 large 5BHK bungalows. Each house has a private theater, private elevator and a 1000 square foot garden. It says.
The project also offers luxurious features such as two large clubs, rooftop pool, gym, meditation area. The homes are designed with plenty of open space and more than 75% of the area is filled with greenery, a statement said.
Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is promoting the project. Casagrand said in a press release that she represents elegance and modernity, just like the house offered by the company.
The company said Casagrand Belair is close to important areas, 15 minutes from Kompally, 25 minutes from Secunderabad and 40 minutes from hubs such as Gachibowli. With new roads and developments nearby, the region is expected to grow rapidly. Prices for these luxury homes start at Rs 340 crore. The company said the project is registered under Tgrera and will be ready within about 30 months.
