Hyderabad: To speed up the property registration process, the Congressional government will implement slot machine booking options for 25 subregistered offices (SROs) on May 12 and in all SROs, said Stamps and Registration Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Srinivas Reddy.
“Early buyers and sellers who come to Sros for registration must wait for the property under the trees. Keeping this in mind, we have not only implemented the slot booking system in a modernized subregistration office, but also in a phased manner. SROS has been accepted on 22 SROs since May 10. From May 10, we will get good results. We will pay a 25 s range in 25 s. Go to the state office by the end of May,” said Srinivas Reddy.
The Minister also reiterated that SRO officials and staff are responsible for providing fast and effective services to people through the implementation of the new system. To facilitate the slot reservation process in SRO, the process is high, requiring more than 48 slots, and other sub-registers will be appointed in addition to existing sub-registers.
Srinivas Reddy further noted that two other SROs and one staff member have been appointed in the Quthbullapur office in the Medchal Malkajgiri district. A similar approach will be introduced in Uppal, Maheshwaram and Manchester SROs and other sub-registers of each SRO will be appointed.
“Measures have been taken to balance the workload by merging the area of SRO into episodes. As part of the measure, the jurisdiction of Champapet and Saroor Nagar sub-registration services in Ranga Reddy District has been merged, and Shadnagar and Shadnagar and Farooqnagar, Siddipet and Siddipet (Siddipet and Siddipet) have been Merfer (Re).
