British climbers rescued from the world’s third highest mountain, doomed Himalayan expedition claims women’s lives

During an expedition, a British mountaineer was rescued from the third highest peak in the world, and the French mountaineer died.

Adrian Michael Hayes, who descended from the top of Mt Kanchenjunga in the Nepalese Himalayas on May 10, reportedly began experiencing severe altitude illness.

According to the Himalayan Times, the climber was rescued by Sherpa’s guide and taken to a high-altitude camp until the weather was better to evacuate him.

Meanwhile, a French national, named after Margareta Morin in the same climb, also became ill due to a high degree of illness.

According to local guide Yogendra Tamang, the 63-year-old cannot be rescued.

Morin reportedly has no previous experience climbing mountains over 8,000m.
