India always advocates peace, Sindor operates in Pakistan: JK LG Sinha

He said the Indian armed forces avenged the attack through Operation Sindoor, saying a lesson should be given to neighbors.
“India always advocates peace,” Sinha said during a visit to the shelter and downtown Rocky in Sahib Bandgi Ashram in Mishriwala area of ​​Chamu.
He said: “In Operation Sindor, we avenge Pahargam. I am proud of our soldiers and the armed forces. Our war is to teach a lesson to Pakistan.”
Sinha met the families with the recent cross-border shelling and assured them the full support of the government.
He added: “Our armed forces have proven time and time again their ability to respond decisively to any threat posed by Pakistan. This country avoids terror and exports terror, thus causing great pain through its actions on our territory.”
He said the country was united with the victims and reaffirmed the commitment of the Government of India and the Union Territory Authority to ensure the safety and security of all citizens.
“On the evening of May 6, our armed forces carried out a precise and powerful strike through Operation Sindor,” LG said in retaliation for military operations.
“This action not only demonstrates our unwavering determination and commendable restraint, but also demolished the terrorist factories across the border and killed innocent civilians in Pahalgam,” Sinha said.
“Our armed forces have made it clear that any threat to the security of our people will be so responded that it will be remembered for seven generations in Pakistan,” Sinha said.
He also stressed India’s firm position on its sovereignty and territorial integrity and said: “We will never compromise our sovereignty. Our determination is to demolish the entire terrorist ecosystem from Chame Island and Kashmir.”
He expressed his gratitude to the individuals and organizations that provided assistance to affected families.
He assured that new bunkers will be built based on the updated assessment to ensure the safety of residents living near the border.
