Ed may take action against Ravidia

Hyderabad: Law Enforcement Bureau (ED) officials may take a penalty against him after CBI’s action against Hyderabad Income Tax Commissioner Jeevan LaL Lavidiya. CBI officials also focused on tracking his Hawala deal.

Lavidiya is an Income Tax Commissioner (Exemption) Appeal Units 7 and 8 of the Office of the Chief Director of the Hyderabad Income Tax.

CBI officials registered 14 personnel, including Lavadiya, who identified Natta Veera Naga Naga Sri Ram Gopal in Viskhakapatnam; Sairam Palisetty, Srikakulam; Rayapureddy Narendra of Hyderabad accountant; Dandela Venkateswarlu, Khammam district; Landa Varahalu of Visakhapatnam helped the defendants in bribes accept Hawala’s cash.

CBI officials stepped up their investigation after leaders linked to corruption alleged by the Income Tax Commissioner acquired potential clients.

Ravidia has received Rs 2 million and in the process of handling the appeals of Thana and Anandra Snore in Mumbai.

When bribing from the middlemen of the two companies, it was Rs 1.5 lakh respectively. The bribes were collected by the middleman and routed through the bank account of Landa Varahalau in Visakhapatnam and the Hawala channel.

The CBI also explored the case, which was after the dedication, although Hemantkumar Rajendrakumar Shah, Ahmedabad, Jeevan Laldiviya, who had gained appeals to the company through the attraction of his middlemen, who had bribed Rs 1.5 lakh. Nata Veera Naga Sri Ram Gopas once again bribed through Landa Varahalau’s bank account and Hawala channel.

Sources said CBI officials focused on the defendant officials, who obtained contact from the Hawala channel to transport bribe funds to different places. The CBI may detain police custody against defendant officials and others about the crime.
