A mother and her lesbian lover have been charged with disgusting torture, rape and murder of her 20-month-old daughter.
The unprepared toddler Maria Isis Vieira de Amorim died on March 13 due to horrible injuries from Espirito Santo, Brazil.
Suspicious staff at San Jose Hospital were taken to a coma and dehydrated with fractured arms, bruised on the head, neck and back, she called police but was declared dead shortly afterwards.
Local media reported that her mother’s fallen lover Myllena Carla Andrelino, 27, claimed that TOT slid down the bathtub and then fell off the stairs, but later admitted on police inquiry and at police inquiry.
Maria’s mother, Juliele Vieira de Amorim, 25, said she knew about the attack on her daughter but disagreed.

A spokesperson for the hospital told local media on May 210: ‘On the evening of March 13, 2025, at 10:17 pm, the hospital received a very serious condition patient in its pediatric emergency room.
“Two episodes of fall attacks were reported.
“All appropriate medical measures were taken immediately to stabilize and support life. However, despite the team’s efforts, the patient died at 11:03 pm.
They added: “Given the nature of the case, the police were promptly contacted.
“The hospital can still cooperate with investigations in accordance with legal guidelines.”
Police in professional murder continue to investigate Maria’s death due to vulnerable victims.
The child’s school mourns her death, saying Maria will be “remembered forever”.
The terrible incident happened after a fallen father raped and “selled” his seven-month-old daughter in his Spanish apartment and was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
