Joe Lycett responded to his victory on TV Baftas in his own memorial manner.
On Sunday night, the comedian picked up the gong at his second year’s best entertainment thanks to his host on the Anarchy Channel 4 variety show Late Night Leccett.
Although Joe wasn’t there to accept his award at night, The next day, he celebrated the news on Instagram.
“Thank you BAFTA for the award last night (third!!!) The media said that I was not there, but the first two photos must be no.
Joe’s post also includes photos of himself winning the latest award, while praising “all the teams working late at night Lycett”, picking out co-author James Kettle and his team, “No one, I’ll stare at the camera silently.”

A year later, he did attend the awards ceremony, and his clothes on the red carpet raised as many eyebrows as he did with his speech.
While accepting the Best Entertainment Performance Award, he agreed to his “mom and dad…Anne Boleyn and Henry Viii while wearing Elizabethan’s outfit.
Taskmaster host Greg Davies accepted Joe’s award on Sunday night, and Greg Davies quipped: “Unfortunately, ladies and gentlemen, Joe can’t do that tonight, but I’m sure he’s definitely happy to get this. Except he won’t get it because I’m going to keep it. Goodbye. Goodbye.”
