This year, UPSC aims to fill 979 vacancies through CSE, including key roles in the Indian Administrative Services (IAS), the Indian Police Service (IPS) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (IFS). In addition, 150 positions will be filled by passing the 2025 Indian Forest Service Examination. CSE Prelims 2025 will be held on May 25.
